TLC Safety Top Dog®

The TLC Safety Top Dog® program is our hugely successful driver incentive program with one simple goal: to keep our drivers accident and injury-free.

Our Safety Department helps companies and drivers learn and review safety rules and tips with a comprehensive program.

As incentives for drivers to practice safety, each quarter gift certificates of various amounts are awarded to qualifying drivers. Participating drivers who remain accident and injury-free for the entire year earn the opportunity to win the Grand Prize. The program has been very successful and involvement by drivers is high.
